▶︎ Introduction

Save the most frequently used reply content as a quick template, which can greatly improve the response speed and ensure the quality of the message.

1. Folder classification management: Add folders to classify templates for easy search
2. Enter the category name and the addition is just completed. Up to 10 groups of categories can be added
3. Create a new template: After filling in the template name and selecting a category, you can start writing the reply content
4. You can drag and drop the small icons to change the order of each message
   

The quick template list will be sorted based on the order of the template names.

💡 Reminder： up to 5 messages can be used in each template, and the supported message types are

• Text: each message < 1600 characters
• Image: file size < 10mb / max width and height: 4096 x 4096 px
• Video (mp4, mov): file size < 100mb / max width and height: 1920 x 1080 px
• Files (pdf, xlsx, doc): file size < 100mb

💡 Reminder： How to use quick templates when replying to messages?

Click on the lightning icon, and a menu will appear on the right side. Choose or directly search for the template you need to use.

🚨 Attention：

• Roles "above Primary Admin" have the creation/editing permission
• You can edit the text in the emulator before sending the message, but this adjustment will not be saved back to the template library
