➤ Share Google Analytics view access - Setting Steps
- Go to your Google Analytics account, and click the “Admin” button
- Click “Account Access Management”
- Click the “+” button
- Click “Add users”

Fill in the email that your CSM provided (e.g ga.auth4@cresclab.com, please check with your CSM) and check “Notify new users by email.” Choose the standard roles as “Viewer” and click “Add.”

GA4
− Do not remove GA4 permissions for sharing to Crescendo Lab.
After you share the GA4 "View" permission, MAAC needs permission to successfully collect data and show the performance. Therefore, if permission of viewing GA4 is removed, which affects the report, Crescendo Lab will not assist in retrieving data.
− If your plan includes E-commerce features, please make sure if the GA4 can track E-commerce relate data. "Customer Journey - Buy products" data comes from "Checkout" event, "Retargeting" data comes from "addToCarts" - GA4 is fully supported through MAAC started from 2022 Q4, addressing the issue that Universal GA(UA) will no longer process new data from July 1, 2023. If you need to switch from Universal GA(UA) to GA4 , please contact Customer Support or your CSM for setting.

➤ Product feed
MAAC currently supports Product Feed formats compatible with Google Shopping Ads and Facebook DPA Ads, and provides the following three upload methods:
1. File Upload (CSV format only)
Please provide your Product Feed file (in CSV format) to the Crescendo Lab team. We will assist in setting it up in the MAAC system.
2. Auto-updated URL (XML format only, and must be a directly downloadable link)
Please provide a downloadable URL to the Crescendo Lab team. We will assist in setting it up in the MAAC system, and the system will automatically fetch the latest data every day at 12:00 AM.
Note: MAAC does not support automatic merging of multiple files. Please make sure the latest data is consolidated in a single URL.
3. FTP / SFTP Auto Fetch
Please provide the FTP/SFTP path and login credentials (username and password) to the Crescendo Lab team. We will assist in setting it up in the MAAC system, and the system will fetch the data based on the configured schedule.
Required Fields
The Product Feed must contain the following fields, aligned with Google / Meta DPA ad requirements:

Required: id, title, description, link, image_link, price, availability

One of: brand, mpn, gtin

One of: google_product_category or product_type

Image Guidelines (image_link field)
To ensure your product images display correctly in LINE ad placements, make sure your image_link values meet the following:

Max URL length: 2000 characters

Protocol: HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or later)

Supported formats: JPEG or PNG

Max image dimensions: 1024 x 1024 pixels

Max file size: 10 MB
