⚠️ Please note: This feature requires the new version of the membership card. If you have not yet switched the MAAC x e-commerce platform integration to the new membership card version, please contact your Crescendo Lab partner for assistance. ⚠️

Contact profile will not show any data in Membership, Orders, and Coupons.
2️⃣ Brand has finished integrating with e-commerce platform
If the brand's MAAC has already integrated with the e-commerce platform, you can check member information, order details, and coupons in the contact profile.
Below are the supported display items and update times for each e-commerce platform:
⚠️ Notes:
- If the contact has not completed member binding on LINE OA, there will be no membership information.
- The displayed fields for membership information will vary depending on the e-commerce platform.
- If the member's order data exceeds 10 entries, only the most recent 10 orders will be displayed.
- Coupons will be displayed based on the nearest expiration date first.
