- Starting from 2025.03.28, contacts imported using a "phone number" will have their contact name displayed as "Contact" by default. Brands can manually edit the contact's display name.

▶︎ How to Operate
1. Search for specific contacts using their name, LINE UID, phone number, email address, or Customer ID.
- Use the phone number as the search criteria to search for an SMS contact.
2. Filter contacts based on specific criteria by clicking "Filter" You can filter contacts based on tag, engagement level, join time, last engaged, created source, gender, birthday, phone number, email address, or Customer ID.
🔍 Tips: You can use the created source filter to identify contacts added through "Notification Messages" (created source = Notification Messages) or "Forwarded SMS Messages" (source of creation = Bindlink).
3. Add or remove labels in bulk by clicking "Update tags by batch." You can add or remove tag for multiple contacts at once.
4. Import or export contact data by clicking "Import/Export." You can manually import or export contact data, and you will be notified through the bell icon in the top right corner once the system completes the process.
- When exporting an SMS contact, the display_name field will be left empty.
5. Quickly access the one-on-one CAAC chat interface with a contact by clicking the chat icon next to their name. This allows you to quickly enter the one-on-one chat interface with the contact in CAAC (login to CAAC may be required if not already logged in).
💡 Reminder:
- When operating 3. Update tags by batch or 4. Import/Export Contact Data, if you only want to update/export a specific group of contacts, please use 2. Filter to narrow down the list.
- When manually importing contact data, if the imported file includes data in the "tag" field, a intensity record will be added for the corresponding tag upon completion of the import.
6. View detailed contact information by clicking on the "Contact Name." A sliding tab will appear on the right side displaying detailed contact data.
7. View and edit contact information fields by clicking on each contact information field and saving the changes.
8. View and edit contact tag data. On the right side of the contact information, the tags within the MAAC product platform will be displayed. By clicking on the CDP tab, you can view the tags from both MAAC and another product platform (such as CAAC).

💡 Reminder:
- When importing a CSV file, please ensure that the fields adhere to the specified format. Refer to the template provided in the backend for guidance.
- When updating a large number of contact information using a CSV report, please allow 10-30 minutes for the system to process. Afterward, you can view and filter the contact list using the updated data.
