In the MAAC Member info, there is a "Customer ID" field. In the MAAC Friend Profile field, there is a field called "Customer ID". MAAC can determine whether a friend has a specific status by whether the field has a value, and display different rich menus and auto-reply contents.

If there is a value in the Customer ID field, MAAC will determine that the user is a "bound member", as shown in the left part of the screenshot below. If the Customer ID field is blank, MAAC will determine that the user is not bound, as shown in the right part of the screenshot below.

The bound member in the LINE environment is usually the official website member. Through the connection, it is possible to compare the official website member and the LINE user as the same person. By binding in the LINE environment, the cell phone number of official website members can be automatically imported to the Customer ID field of MAAC for LINE identity matching of members.
