Why there are no friends in the MAAC when I finish the connection ?

There are no friends in MAAC because we have not imported your LINE friend's information into your database yet. There are several ways to import your LINE friend's data. Please refer to the following instructions:

• If you are a LINE Verified Account (Blue Shield) or Premium Account (Green Shield)

  • You can use "LINE API" to import all the friend's data.
  • Setting： Enter in the MAAC platform > Audience > Member > Import/ export > Import list > LINE API > Continue to import （The time to import the list depends on the number of friends, and you will receive a notification at the bell in the upper right corner after the import is completed!）
• General unverified accounts (Grey Shield)
  • You need to let friends click the tracelink naturally to import friends from the LINE OA platform to MAAC.

• In addition to importing a friend's information by using the LINE API, here are other ways for your reference. For new friends: you can create the "Deeplink" to let new friends join your official account through the link. For old friends: You need to create the "Tracelink", and put it into the broadcast from MAAC. After friends clicked the link, their information will be imported into MAAC.
