If you are unable to log in to the MAAC or the MAAC functions are not displayed properly, please check the following points to ensure that the web page is working properly.
- Confirm that the network connection is normal.
- After clear caching, please confirm if the problem still occurs.

At the top right, click More.

Click “More tools”, and Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

- Use the incognito window.
- Please ask your IT staff to check if there are any special domains blocked by the firewall, and set the following domains as a white list.
