MAAC’s SMS Broadcast supports two messaging formats: SMS (text message) and MMS (multimedia message). Both formats provide a high-reach communication channel, enabling brands to interact with customers effectively.
SMS: Sends plain text messages, suitable for short announcements or notifications.
MMS: Supports images and a subject line, ideal for richer and more engaging marketing content.
- MMS is only supported for SMS delivery within Taiwan.
