    💁‍♀️ Advanced

    1. You can check the available balance of SMS in your current account.

    2. You can set your own notification threshold for balance alerts.

    3. You can directly access the recharge form through the page link.

    ⚠️ The "available balance" is calculated after deducting the reserved message fee. In case of a failed message delivery, the SMS amount will be reimbursed to the available balance after two hours of the actual sending time. For more information, you can refer to the help center.

    ▶️ How to access the dashboard ?

    1. Click on Account icon on the top right corner to enter Billing dashboard

    3. Click on "Alert Settings" where you can set the notification threshold for balance alerts.

    When the balance is insufficient, notifications will be automatically sent.

    4. Enter the desired amount and then click on "Setting" to confirm the setting.

    5. Click on "Deposit" to access the recharge form.

    6. Fill out the " (SMS+) - Recharge Amount" and "Expected Remittance Date" fields in the recharge form.

    1. Once completed, Crescendo Lab will provide a quotation within 2-3 days.

    2. The brand should provide the stamped document of the "Recharge Quotation" and complete the remittance.

    3. After Crescendo Lab confirms the receipt of funds, the recharge process will be completed within 1 business day, and a notification will be sent via email.
