# How to Install
You can easily download the CAAC App from the Google Play Store or App store.
For Android Devices
- Click her to install
- go to Google Play Store → Search for "CAAC" → Tap Download
For iOS Devices
- Click here to install
- go to App Store → Search for "CAAC" → Tap Download
# How to Log Into With SSO
⚠️ If you’re not using SSO, you can log in directly with your account and password — you can skip this section.
If you’re logging into CAAC via the web, please refer to:
Step 1:Click “Log in with SSO”
Step 2:Enter your organization’s SSO domain (e.g., @test-crescendolab.com), then click “Continue”
Step 3:The CAAC App will open your browser. Please proceed to log in through your organization’s SSO system.
⚠️ If the redirect fails, make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups

If you’ve already downloaded the app, tap “Open App and Log In”

If not, tap the App Store or Google Play Store button to download it
Step 5:You’ll be redirected back to the CAAC App and successfully logged in!
# How to Turn on CAAC App's Notifications
Turn on the notification in just 8 steps!
Step 1: When you first log into your account on the CAAC App, the system will remind you to enable notification permissions. Please select "Allow CAAC App to send notification."
Step 2: After logging in, click the icon in the top right corner to open the side menu.
Step 3: Click "Notification settings"
Step 4: Confirm whether the blue banner message at the top shows "Browser notification is granted."
If the message shows "Browser notification is not granted", it means notification permission has not been enabled. Please follow the steps below to allow notifications.
For Android devices

- go to Settings on your device
- click Apps and notifications
- click CAAC App
- click App notification and ensure to turn on "Allow notifications"
For iOS devices

- go to Settings on your device
- click CAAC App
- click Notification and ensure to turn on "Allow notifications"
Step 5: Turn on the notification Status and ensure it appears ON.
Step 6: Swipe left on the page and click "Push test" to check if the device can receive notifications successfully.
Step 7: If you receive the following message, it means your device can successfully receive notifications from the CAAC App.
Step 8: Swipe right on the page and click "Update" to save notification settings.
# Why Can't I Receive Notifications Even Though They are Enabled?
You have to meet the following conditions to receive notification.
- If you are viewing the CAAC web chat on a browser, the CAAC App will not send duplicate notifications.
- The message must be assigned to you or your to the team you belong to.
- Your account must be logged in and your status must be online (as shown in the image below).
If your device is still not receiving notifications, please follow the steps below for a quick check. If the issue persists, please contact the Crescendo Lab Customer Support Team for further assistance.

Check if the device has granted notification permission to the CAAC App.

Check if the contact and agent meet the notification criteria.

Check if Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on your device.

Check if your internet connection is stable.

Check for any active VPNs or IP restrictions. These may affect notifications. Please verify your device settings or consult your company’s IT department for support.

Check if your device regularly clears background apps. Make sure Chrome, Safari, and the CAAC App are excluded from automatic background clearing.

Check if your device is in power-saving mode. This may affect notifications. Ensure Chrome, Safari, and the CAAC App are excluded from power-saving restrictions, or turn off power-saving mode entirely.

If none of the above resolves the issue, completely close the CAAC website and app on your device, then restart and set it up again.

- Why do I need to log in again when using the app?
For security reasons, if it has been more than 7 days since your last login, you will be automatically logged out. To continue receiving customer notifications without interruption, please make sure to stay logged in to the app.
- Can a single agent log in on multiple devices?
Yes, all devices will receive notifications.
- Can multiple agents log in on the same device?
Yes, all agents will receive notifications.
