Business performance reports help you quickly understand the effectiveness of conversation-driven sales. With clear metrics, funnels, and leaderboards, sales and support teams can clearly see the revenue and conversions they generate, while management can more effectively track overall team performance.

# FAQs
Q: Why can’t I see the “Business Performance” report?
If the screen shows a demo report, it means your current CAAC plan doesn’t support this feature. Please contact the Crescendo Lab Customer Success team to learn about upgrade options.
Q: Why do my numbers not match expectations?
Please check the following in order:
- Are you using CAAC auto-generated short links (do not modify the original URL)?
- Is the SDK installed and correctly sending purchase events?
- In the Web channel settings, is the “Website Footprint Tracking Module” enabled?
- Is the dashboard’s time range set correctly?
Report data comes from SDK callbacks and may slightly differ from your backend order numbers due to browser blocking or event configuration differences. For exact settlement, please refer to your e-commerce backend.
