# Feature Overview
Customer Data Hub (CDH) is a cross-product data integration mechanism that synchronizes contact fields and tags between MAAC and CAAC, helping brands maintain consistent data across platforms.
Key Benefits:

CDH supports bidirectional updates of contact data between MAAC and CAAC.

Once connected, you can view contact tags and basic information from both platforms.

Unified field naming: “Contact” will replace “Customer” in both MAAC and CAAC interfaces.

Notes from both systems will be merged into a single field if they differ.
# How It Works
Once CDH integration is enabled on both MAAC and CAAC:

Data is automatically synchronized every 3–5 minutes.

If integration is canceled, data will no longer sync and the CDH tab will be cleared.

#Setup Guide
Step 1: Go to Customer Data Hub Settings

MAAC: Extensions Marketplace > Platform Integration > Customer Data Hub

CAAC: Organization Settings > Platform Integration > Customer Data Hub

Step 2: Click "Install" and configure sync settings

Select contact fields and tags to sync

Set Unify Key fields (multiple options supported)
Step 3: After integration, view synced data via the "CDH" tab in each contact's profile in MAAC and CAAC.
# Disconnecting Integration

Go to Customer Data Hub → Connection Control → Click “Disconnect”

Follow the on-screen instructions
# Data Display
Once integrated, each contact page in MAAC and CAAC will show:

Tags from each system, color-coded:
Blue = MAAC, Purple = CAAC -
Tags sorted by timestamp (newest first)

Notes from both systems merged into a single field
