CAAC users can use the Broadcast feature to send messages simultaneously to multiple LINE contacts, suitable for:

# How to Use
1. Enable the Broadcast feature (can only be set by the Owner or Primary Admin)
2. Access the broadcast editing page and edit broadcast details
- Broadcast Name: Customize the broadcast name
- Choose the channel to send messages: Select a channel where the broadcast feature has been enabled
- Choose your target contacts: Select contacts assigned to yourself or to your team
- Choose message content: Select from existing Quick Templates. Only users with Primary Admin or higher permissions can create Quick Templates. For details, please refer to: Tutorial|CAAC Quick Templates

Headquarters marketers or managers can view the sending records of each store/business unit through MAAC Broadcast List.

# FAQs
Q: Why can't I find the channel I want to select when choosing the broadcast channel?
A: Currently, the broadcast feature only supports LINE. Also, please confirm that the broadcast feature has been enabled for that channel in the settings.
Q: Why did some contacts not receive the broadcast message?
A: If the contact status is "Blocked", the broadcast message will not be delivered.
Q: Why can't I create a Quick Template for broadcasting?
A: Only users with primary admin permissions or higher can create Quick Templates.
Q: Why was my file not sent successfully through the broadcast?
A: The broadcast feature currently supports images and videos, but does not yet support file attachments.
Q: Can I send messages to only some of the contacts assigned to me?
A: Currently, this is not supported. Messages can only be sent to "all" contacts assigned to yourself or your team.
Q: Why does the broadcast performance tracking in MAAC not show open rate and other data?
A: If the broadcast message is plain text, tracking for clicks, opens, and conversions will not be available.
Q: Will sending broadcast messages from CAAC count toward my MAAC audience quota?
A: No, messages sent from CAAC will not count toward your MAAC audience quota. You can use the CAAC broadcast feature without concern.
Q: Can I send messages to group contacts?
A: This feature is currently not supported. One-to-many messages cannot be sent to groups.
