📌 Why You Need to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Enabling two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized individuals from attempting to access your account. Once enabled, all users within the organization will need to verify their identity again by receiving a verification code via email when logging in.

10. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Before enabling two-factor authentication, please ensure that all users have a valid email address to receive the verification code to avoid any login issues.

11. If enabled, it will display: Two-Factor Authentication Protection Enabled

▶️ After enabling, you will need to receive a verification code via email to log in again.
12. CAAC - After enabling, you will need to receive a verification code via email to log in again.

13. CAAC - Check your email for the verification code.

14. CAAC - Enter the verification code.
You can choose to remember this device for 30 days, so you won’t need to verify again within this period.

# 🚨 What to do if you do not receive the verification email?

Ensure that your email is valid and capable of receiving emails.

Try resending the verification email.

Check if the verification email has been sent to your spam folder.
If you have checked all of the above and still cannot receive the verification email, please provide the following information to Crescendo Lab's CSM for further assistance:
