To use interaction (excluding open behavior) and e-commerce conditions, you must be an e-commerce plan user and have completed GA integration.

If you need to use CAAC related conditions, please filter and create audiences using Customer Data Hub and enable Customer Data Hub integration.
# ▶︎ Setup Steps - Basic Operation
1. Click on Recommended segments
2. Customize and create precise audiences.

3. Choose how to create the audience
Currently, support for filtering conditions using MAAC, importing LINE UID, and using Customer Data Hub data for filtering is available (Customer Data Hub will include CAAC-related data, and you need to enable Customer Data Hub integration to use it).

4. Create Segment (Filter criteria by MAAC )
You can use "Filter" or "Exclude Audiences" to create qualified audiences for all MAAC contacts.
At least one of "Filter" or "Exclude Audience" must be set.

5. Add Filter

6. Filter specific time range
- No time limit
- Past specified days : The brands can manually enter the desired number of past days (Maximum of 365 days)
- Custom date range : The brands can specify a custom date range (Maximum of 1 year)

Cumulative consumption amount, average customer price amount: if it is greater than X amount, it does not include X amount

⚠️ Please note that the following conditions use GA4 data from the past two years.

2. E-Commerce:『Average transaction value』、『Accumulated revenue』、『Predicted purchase probability』

🌟 Starting from 2024/04/10, filtering by MAAC conditions supports the "Segment Exclusion " function
- Before 2024/04/01, you had bought the EC plan.
- After 2024/04/01, you had bought the Professional plan and Corporate plan.
12. Add segment exclusive

13. Select the segments to be excluded
At most two segments can be excluded.

14. Complete settings and click create

15. Confirm start calculating segmentation

16. Update, Edit, Export Segmentation

17. Click the Broadcast icon to add Broadcast immediately

18. Last updated time

19. Segments scheduled to be broadcast in the next 24 hours will be automatically updated at 03:00 UTC+8 every day. Your focus will be automatically updated at UTC+8 03:00 on the scheduled day, or you can update it manually.

20. Select to use customer data hub conditions filter (Includes CAAC Data)
