When using SMS+ (SMS+), if a user is unable to receive notification messages successfully due to factors such as device issues or incomplete phone verification, the system will automatically detect this and forward an SMS to the user.
The SMS content will include the MAAC binding link. This allows users who receive the SMS, even if they are website members, the opportunity to click the link, access the LINE official account, and complete the binding process. Please refer to the following steps for relevant settings:
▶︎ How to set up the binding message template in MAAC
1. Click on the "Message Center" > " Template library " > "Bindlink Template " to access the message template library.
2. Switch between the "Enabled" and "Archived" tabs as needed.
3. Use the search bar to find a specific template by its name.
4. Browse and view the existing templates. You can also copy the template ID from the list for quick reference.
5. Click on the ⋯ icon to edit the template or archive it.
6. Click on the button in the upper right corner to create a new binding template.
▶︎ How to set up the binding template ID in MAAC
1. Set a name for the template. You can provide a description for the template (optional).
2. Set a tag for the template.
3. Set up the message for new or existing contact.
4. If you intend to use this for SMS+ (SMS Plus), please copy the Binding Message Template ID and provide it to the designated person from Crescendo Lab. They will assist you in setting it up.

Binding Message Template can be set up to provide contact with information they need after completing actions on the official website, such as order tracking methods, shipment tracking, new member offers, and more.
