This article explains how to browse, preview, and edit SMS+ templates in the MAAC Template library.
Overview
You can manage your SMS+ templates directly in the SMS+API Template tab of the Template library — no need to contact the Crescendo Lab team:
- Browse all created SMS+ templates, including legacy templates built via API
- Preview template content and required variables
- Edit non-PNP templates directly in the UI
Navigate to the SMS+API Template tab
- In the left sidebar, click Message center, then select Template library.
- Click the SMS+API Template tab at the top of the page.
The page lists all created SMS+ templates, showing the template name, ID, and last updated time.
Preview a template
Click any template name to open the preview panel, where you can view:
- Message content for all enabled channels (LINE Push, SMS, PNP)
- The full list of variables required to send the template
You can confirm all required parameters here without contacting Crescendo Lab.
Edit a template
Click the Edit button on the right side of a template row to edit it directly in the MAAC UI. Editable fields include:
- Message text
- Parameter settings
- Channel settings
- Fallback timing
PNP template limitation
If a template includes the PNP channel, the Edit button will be grayed out. Hovering over it displays the following tooltip:
Templates with PNP channel can only be edited by Crescendo Lab
