# How do I add a WhatsApp business account?

# WhatsApp Chat Window Details
1. WhatsApp Chat Window Supports the Following File Types:
- Images (5MB): png, jpg, jpeg, gif
- Videos (16MB): mp4, mov, m4a
- Files (up to 100MB): pdf, doc, ppt, csv, etc.
2. According to Meta's message policy, the following message restrictions apply:
- Within 24 hours of a contact sending a message: Brands can send promotional messages.
- After 24 hours: Replies to contact messages are no longer allowed.
3. Currently, only text-based quick templates are supported.
4. Agents can see whether a contact has read the message (as shown below), but the contact will not see whether the agent has read the message.

# Why is the WhatsApp Business Account unable to integrate successfully?
