⚠️ Please note: If you do not follow the policy, Facebook may temporarily or permanently disable your ability to send messages after the 24-hour window. In severe cases, your Page may be suspended.
- Within 24 hours of the user’s message, Brands may send promotional messages.
- Between 24 hours and 7 days: Brands may respond, but cannot send promotional content
- After 7 days, Messages cannot be sent or responded to

Q: Can one Facebook Page be connected to multiple CAAC organizations?
A: This is not supported at the moment. If you want to move the Facebook Page connection to another CAAC organization, please contact Crescendo Lab for assistance.
Q: Who can manage channel settings?
A: Only CAAC users with the "Owner" or "Primary Admin" roles can manage channels.
Q: Why can’t I connect my Facebook Page or refresh the token?
