- The "owner" and "Primary Admin" can send a role permission invitation from CAAC.
- To improve internal management efficiency, the "owner" and "Primary Admin" can assign different permissions (There are 5 types of roles) to each account.
💡 Reminder: If you purchase the Enterprise plan, you will have the additional feature of "customizing your character" and you can set the permissions that each role can use.

💡 Reminder: Each brand has only one "owner" and cannot be deleted (to prevent mutual deletion and no one can log into the account)
▶︎ Setting: How to add role permissions?
🚨 Attention: Only "owner" and "Primary Admin" have the right to add role permissions.
- Click on "Organization settings" in the left column
- Click on the "People" field in the top bar
- Click on the "Add" button at the top right
- Enter the email of the person you want to add permission
- You can add multiple emails at once.
- Please paste each email on a new line or separate them with a comma ",".
- Remaining seat number in your platform
- Select the permissions of the role
- After completing the above steps, click the "Send" button, and the email of the person who added the role will receive an invitation letter with permission.

💡 Reminder: The invitation link will expire after 24 hours; if you need to re-invite the invitee after the link has expired, please remember to go back to "Organization Settings" to delete the invited user and click the "Add" button to invite again.
▶︎ Setting: How to modify the "Role" of the account?
🚨 Attention: Only "owner" and "Primary Admin" have the right to modify role permissions.
- Click on "Organization settings" in the left column
- Click on the "People" field in the top bar
- Click on the "edit" icon to the right of the account you want to modify.
- You need to confirm that the name, Display name, and Phone number have been filled. (All fields are required)
- Select the role that you want to modify
- Click the "Save" button to complete the modification of the role permissions.
➤ Manage the roles
- Click on the "Role" field in the top bar, you can see the number of roles with each permission.
- Click on the "Role Permissions" button at the top right, you can see the all functions available for each role permission.
💡 Reminder: It is normal for the "Description" field to show a null value of "---". Only brands that use the Enterprise plan can put in role description text when “Customize the permissions".
