📌 MAAC Self-User Addition Guide
To facilitate the addition of users to the MAAC platform, brands can use the MAAC permission management feature to add users independently. Please read the following steps and notes carefully to ensure a smooth user addition process.
🚨Please Note: The invitee's email must be a valid email that can receive messages. Otherwise, the invitation and registration process cannot be completed.
⬇️ Self-User Addition
- Access MAAC Permission Management
- Add User
- Enter the invitee's email
⚠️ The invitee's email must be a valid email that can receive messages. Otherwise, the invitation and registration process cannot be completed.
- After the invitation is sent, if the invitee has not yet accepted the invitation, their status will show as "Disabled."
⬇️ Invitee Setup Instructions
- Go to your email inbox and check for an invitation email from Cresendo Lab
*If the email is not in the inbox, please check the spam folder.*
- Accept Invitation and Register
- After completing the registration, you can log in to MAAC.
- If your brand has enabled two-factor authentication, please follow the instructions to complete the two-factor authentication setup.

Common Issues
🙊Unable to Receive Invitation Email
If the invitee's email cannot receive the invitation email, please contact help@cresclab.com using your brand's domain email. Include the following information in your email:
- Brand Name:
- Contact Person:
- Contact Person's Email:
- New User's Email:
⚠️Deleting Users
Currently, account suspension is not supported. If you need to delete a user, please contact help@cresclab.com using your brand's domain email. Include the following information in your email:
- Brand Name:
- Contact Person:
- Contact Person's Email:
- Email of the User to be Deleted:
