With MAAC's Broadcast feature, you can send targeted LINE messages based on audience conditions to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Now with the Help me write feature, you can quickly generate compelling marketing copy using AI.
You can also use LINE Flex Message as your broadcast content, creating branded message layouts.
What Is LINE Broadcast?
LINE Broadcast lets you send targeted push messages to selected audience groups based on specific criteria. You can filter recipients by:
Behavioral data (e.g., click history, purchase history)
Tags or custom fields — combine conditions and filters to improve the efficiency and ROI of each message.
To help brands create more versatile marketing layouts, MAAC now supports LINE Flex Message JSON as broadcast content. You can paste Flex Message JSON directly into the editor and send visually rich, high-CTR push messages using predefined design layouts.
For details on composing and configuring Flex Messages, please refer to Feature Guide|MAAC Message Modules and Message Template Library.
🚨 Flex Message is only available for customers on the MAAC Corporate Plan or above.Benefits of Segment Broadcast
By segmenting your audience instead of sending the same content to everyone, you can:
Reduce block rates — deliver content aligned with user preferences to minimize negative reactions and blocks
Improve CTR and conversion rates — tailor messages for different audience groups to drive clicks and engagement
Maximize message quota efficiency — focus your broadcast quota on high-value audiences, improving ROI per message
Combined with the Help me write feature, you can rapidly generate multiple sets of tailored content for different audience segments, significantly reducing manual copywriting time.

💡 Reminder: AI Segment Upgrade
MAAC's AI Segment feature has been upgraded and now supports the Crescendo AI conversational panel. You can use natural language to describe your target audience, and AI will automatically translate it into precise filtering conditions. AI Segment lists created this way can also be used for broadcast delivery.
