1. Accessing the Broadcast List

2. Click 'Create' in the upper right corner of the Broadcast list to add a targeted broadcast

3. Enter the broadcast name and select the target segment

4. Click 'Next' to proceed to content editing

5. Creating Broadcast Content - Each time you enter the editor, the system will prompt you with a template window, asking whether you want to choose a blank template or one that has been previously created

ℹ️ 💡 Reminder: It is recommended to use the template feature when editing a large amount of repetitive content to expedite the process
6. Select Push Message Modules - There are currently a total of 9 message modules available for your selection

7. After selecting the module, proceed to design the complete push message content by customizing materials, adding labels, interactive elements, and action content based on the chosen module

8. Once you've opened the message order editor, you can simply drag and drop the newly added modules to edit their presentation order

9. In the same push message, you can include a Quick Reply bubble that allows actions such as sending a message, opening the camera, uploading a picture, and sharing location

10. The results of message editing can be previewed in the right-hand preview screen. ⚠ Reminder: Notification messages are the text that will be displayed when a contact receives a message notification

11. If you don't have time to complete the editing, you can press 'Save as Draft'

12. If you might need this template in the future, you can press 'Save as Template'

13. You can send a test message to internal staff for confirmation after editing the message

14. You can set the completed edited push message as either 'Scheduled' or 'Ready to Send'
*After clicking 'Ready to Send,' please wait for a moment, and the system will send out the push message*

📊 The Performance of Broadcast
15. In Broadcast, you can manage all your push messages. At the top, there are four tabs to choose from: 'All,' 'Drafts,' 'Scheduled,' 'Sending,' and 'Sent,' representing different message statuses

16. Each broadcast will display its name, status, segment, as well as open counts, order count, and revenue (order count and revenue require additional data features)

17. You can click 'Export report' to output the data of the broadcast as an Excel file (you can filter the targeted broadcast data by specifying the broadcast name)

18. By clicking on the report icon on the far right, you can further display detailed information for that broadcast

19. Total Interaction Data for the broadcast

20. The performance list can expand/collapse all individual message metrics for that broadcast with a single click

21. The broadcast content is arranged in order of appearance (from top to bottom, from left to right)
