The Rapid Referral allows you to set your friends to invite their friends to join your official account, and offers prizes when they successfully invite the target number of people!

🚨 Important Note:
- In order to ensure the normal operation of Rapid Referral function, please confirm that the Add friend option in LIFF > MAAC COMMON COMPACT in the Login Channel of LINE Developers is off.
▶︎ Setting
- At the top of the APP marketing > Game interaction area, you will see the "Rapid Referral" button.
- After you click the "Edit" button, you can enter the rapid referral page, and click "Create" on the top and right corner.
- Set the "Event Name", the rapid referral campaign name.
- Set the "Activity period", the start and end time of this campaign.

Set tags:
- Inviter tag: When the friends participate in rapid referral, they will become inviters, and they will be tagged in this setting.

Invitee tag: When the new friends are successfully invited by the inviter and join LINE OA.

Set the prize:
You can set the prize redemption criteria and the number of rewards
- Prize Setting: You can set the different prizes for different achievement goals, and you can set up to five prize rules. (For example, if you successfully invite 3 people to receive Award A, if you successfully invite 5 people to receive Prize B.)

Redemption settings: you can set the number of people to be invited to provide exclusive awards. (🔑 Reference: synchronized with the use of Prize management)
- The total number of prizes: set the total number of prizes, please synchronize to ensure the number of prizes is sufficient.

The maximum number of redemptions per person: If you set 2 redemptions per person and you have to invite 3 people to redeem the prize, if you invite 10 people on behalf of your friends, you will only be eligible for 2 redemptions due to the redemption limit per person. An example will help you understand how it works in prize rules and redemption scenarios:

Example of using context setting
Award A can be won by inviting 1 friend or more, and the redemption limit is set at 2 times
Award B can be won by inviting 2 friends, and the redemption limit is set at 2 times
Award C can be won by inviting 4 friends, and the redemption limit is set to 1 time

User Redemption Status
When friends invite 2 people, they can choose to redeem two of prize A or one of prize B.
When friends invite more than 4 people, they can choose three ways to do the redemption, two of prize A + one of prize B / two of prize B / one of prize C.
When friends invite 10 people, all coupons can be redeemed, including two of Prize A + two of Prize B + one of Prize C.
💡 Reminder: If the prize is set to the game module, it should be used with game tix.
🚨 Attention:
- It is recommended that the number of prizes in the Rapid Referral is aligned with the number of prizes in the prize management. For future effectiveness review, it is also recommended that events of different durations and standards be used in conjunction with different prize management.
- It is recommended not to use game coupons together with the game mechanism “draws daily”, avoiding friends starting the game from the game coupon after the game reset time, and losing the original number of games gained. (Reminder: MAAC does not provide a list of failed attempts)
- If the Prize management is used with the “Rapid referral”, please separate the prize with the official and tested version of the “Rapid referral” to avoid the number of prizes in the “Rapid referral” is not consistent with the number of prize in the Prize management. It may cause customer complaints.
- After the Rapid Referral campaign is set up and online, it may result in a large number of instantaneous boosts and traffic without setting a redemption limit. If you may subsequently evaluate adding new prizes as bonus prizes, you are advised to do the following:

Do not set the full five prize rules at the beginning

Keep the unused prize rules and add additional prize rules directly when the prize is added.
For example, if there are only two prize rules and redemption conditions, when the number of prizes increases, the third to fifth prize rules and redemption conditions will be added directly. This allows the system to keep track of the number of prizes, the redemption limit, and the cumulative participation data of your friends.

8. Message to the inviter: Notification messages can be sent to inviters including:
- Notification message that the invitee has successfully joined as a friend
- Notification message that the invitee is already a member

9. Message to Inviters: Notification messages can be sent to Inviters including:
- The notification message of "Invitee" was successfully added to friends.

The notification message of "Invitee" is already a friend.

If the invitee is already a friend, a message fee will be charged.
🚨 Attention:
- Do not use Card, Carrousel, Imagemap, Image carrousel, and Video message module in "Message sent from inviter to invitee", otherwise the message will not be sent successfully.
- Please do not change or delete the green field "Event Invitation Link" in the message sent by the inviter to the invitee, as the link is exclusive to each inviter and any change will directly affect the execution of the event and subsequent data tracking.

▶︎ List and Performance
- The time range of available modules is displayed on the top right of the screen, and the activation time of each file is displayed below each Rapid Referral for your easy reference.
- To the right of the name, the event status ICON will be displayed to check if the event is “Not started", “Ongoing" or “Ended".
- Each campaign will show you the number of clicks on the campaign page, the number of inviters, and the total number of gained members count (i.e. how many new friends you have gained), so you can see the results.
- Click on the "Report" icon to go to the detailed results data of the project, and click on the "Export" button to view the detailed results of the activity in the report
- Tap the "..." icon to edit, create a copy, copy a link, and delete
- Click on the "Rapid Referral" at the top right of the screen to create a Rapid Referral campaign right away.
▶︎ Notes on operation
🚨 Attention: Crescendo Lab provides system platform services and guarantees its system stability. Because Rapid Referral can not determine the invalid account or block the improper prize collection tools, if you expect to release a high amount of LINE points or a high-value award, you need to evaluate carefully.
After the Rapid Referral is opened, Crescendo Labs will ensure the normal operation of the current system, and its valuable award distribution is not covered by this service.
💡 Reminder: "New Friends" are new friends in MAAC system. This does not include people who blocked accounts and then unblocked the official account.
- If a friend has information in MAAC and has blocked the brand's official account, when you invite the friend to participate in the campaign, you won't unable to accumulate the number of rewards.
- If the friend has already blocked the official account before the brand is connected to MAAC, or if the friend has already blocked the official account and has no data in MAAC, it's able to accumulate the number of rewards.
💡 Reminder: Prize display description
- When the total number of prizes has been redeemed, the "All Redeemed" stamp will be displayed.
- The award has reached the personal redemption limit, showing the "Redeemed" stamp.
