➤ Plan Availability

This is an advanced feature in APP marketing, needs purchase in addition, and is not included in the Basic or EC plan. If you're interested, please contact your CSM and we're happy to assist you!

▶︎ Setting

1. Go to "Prize Management", and click the "My Coupons" button on the top and right corner.
2. Copy the Liff URL of "My coupons".
   
3. Set up the Liff URL in the rich menu, auto-reply, etc. Anywhere you want friends to enter "My Coupons".

➤ User Experience

1. After friends receive the prizes, they only need to click the "Claim now" button, and the prizes will be saved in "My Coupons".
2. Friends can open "My coupons" in the action area that you set with the Liff URL of "My coupons". And they can check all prizes they have and redeem them.
3. Click the "Latest" page in "My coupons", friends can check all prizes in the status "claimed" and click prizes to redeem them.
4. Click the "Not valid" page in "My coupons", friends can check all prizes in the status "redeemed", "not valid".
