- If you need support, you can click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the product backend or help center. We will guide you to various support options, such as talking to the team or learning more about our products and services.

If you want to chat with a real person, please make sure to click "Chat with Customer Support Assistant" during your first interaction. Wait for the message "You can now leave your question, and we will reply to you as soon as possible" before entering your inquiry.

➤ View Records, Submit Requests, and Report Issues
By creating an account in the Help Center, you can easily view your historical support records and conveniently track the current status of your support requests.

If you are a new user and have requested support by entering your email, you will receive an automatically generated registration email containing a link. Alternatively, you can manually complete registration by selecting "Log In" > "Register / Get Password" at the top right corner.
After successfully registering, you can access your support history by going to "My Activities" under your personal account in the top right corner.

To submit a request from the page, simply click the "Submit a Request" button on the left, enter your information and questions, and our support team or assistants will assist you.
- By accessing "My requests" you can view your current support tickets and their statuses. This makes it easy for you to track ongoing issues and refer back to them in the future.。
- By accessing "Contributions," you can view your comment history on articles. This makes it easy for you to track your interactions and refer back to them in the future.
- By accessing "Following," you can view the categories and articles you are currently following. This ensures you don't miss any updates!
To follow content, simply click "Follow" within the category and select either "New Articles" or "New Articles and Comments." This will add the content to your personal follow list.
