Feature Overview
AI Content Generation is a multimodal AI assistant built into MAAC that supports text, image, and video generation. You can produce on-brand assets directly within the MAAC editor, cutting down cross-team coordination time and accelerating marketing content production.
This feature can be used in the following modules:
- Message modules (Broadcast, Auto-reply, Customer Journey, and more)
- Template Library
- Supports multimedia asset generation: text, images, and video
Key Features
Brand consistency: Apply your brand's tone, colors, and rules through the Brand Profile so the output stays closer to your brand style.
Multimedia generation: Three types are currently supported:
- Text generation: Enter a description, URL, or image to automatically generate marketing copy.
- Image generation: Enter a description or upload a reference image to generate ad key visuals that match your brand colors. A new Edit mode has also been added, letting you upload existing brand assets or product photos and extend them with AI (replace the background, change the product scene, add or remove text, and more).
- Video generation (New): Upload an image and enter a motion description to quickly generate a 6-second video.
Built-in editor integration: All generation tools can be used and applied directly within the MAAC editor.
Use Cases
AI Content Generation helps you quickly create the assets needed for LINE messages across the following MAAC features:
- Text generation in LINE message modules: available in the text module.

Image generation: currently supported in the Image carousel and Card carousel modules.
- Not supported: the Imagemap module (which requires precise layout and interaction design, where AI images are not suitable).
Setup Steps
- You can use AI Content Generation directly in a message module or the Broadcast editor to create text and images without first configuring a Brand Setting.
- However, if you have already completed the setup under Organization Settings > MAAC AI Brand Setting, AI-generated content will automatically apply your brand tone and colors for results that better match your brand.
- Recommended: Set up the brand profile before using AI generation to reduce later editing time.
Brand Setting
To set it up:
- Go to Organization Settings > MAAC AI Brand Setting.
- Enter your brand website URL and click 【Analyze】. The system automatically fills in the brand summary, personality, tone, and colors.
- You can edit these further, or add Exclusion Keywords / Exclusion Elements (to keep them out of the generated results).
Reminder
If a brand profile is set, AI-generated content automatically applies your brand tone and colors.
You can still generate content without a brand profile, but the results may differ slightly from your brand style.
MAAC Editor
- Open the editor: In any supported module, find the 【Generate with AI】 button.
- Choose a generation type: Select text, image, or video generation as needed. Within the image tool, there are two tabs — 【Generate】 and 【Edit】 — that you can switch between freely.
- Enter the required information: Provide a description, reference URL, or image, and choose whether to apply your brand style.
- Review the results: The system generates candidate content that you can apply, download, or regenerate.

Image generation is charged at the moment you Apply or Download, counting as 1 use each time.
Simply previewing the generated result without applying or downloading is not charged.
Repeatedly applying or downloading the same generated image does not incur additional charges.
Image Editing (Edit) Mode
Beyond generating entirely new images from text, you can also upload an existing brand asset or product photo and let AI edit and extend it — closely matching how real marketing assets are produced.
Open the AI image tool, switch to the 【Edit】 tab and upload a source image, then pick a quick scenario and enter a prompt to generate:
- How to access: In the AI image generation tool, switch to the 【Edit】 tab and upload a source image to get started.
- Upload limits: JPG and PNG formats are supported, with a limit of 10 MB per file and a maximum size of 4096 × 4096 px.
- Quick scenarios: Five common scenarios are provided. Selecting one automatically fills in an editing-prompt template that you can then adjust: Replace background, Remove object, Product scene, On a model, and Add text. You can also enter your own editing prompt (up to 500 characters per prompt).
- Edit count: Each source image can be edited by AI up to 4 times. The interface shows 【N edits remaining】, and once these are used up, it shows 【Edit limit reached】.
- After the limit is reached: You can no longer edit that image. You can Apply a result you're happy with to a message, Download it to save, or use Re-upload file to start over with a new source image and reset the 4 edits.

Image editing follows the same rules as image generation: it is charged at the moment you Apply or Download, counting as 1 use each time. Previewing only, or applying / downloading the image you originally uploaded, is not charged.

Video generation is charged at the moment generation completes successfully, counting as 1 use each time.
If generation fails (including violations of the AI safety policy or other errors), it is not charged.
Video generation has a fixed monthly usage cap; the actual limit depends on your plan.
Notes
- You can use it without a brand profile, but the results may not be consistent with your brand style.
- Some message modules (such as Imagemap) do not currently support AI generation.
- Video length is fixed at 6 seconds, and the resolution and aspect ratio are automatically adjusted to a format supported by the message module. We recommend avoiding heavy text overlays; the main text should be presented in the text module.
- If the video quality is poor, you can regenerate or adjust the description.
FAQs
Do I have to set up a Brand Profile first?
No, it's not required. But if a brand profile is set, the results automatically apply your brand tone and colors for more consistent output.
Which modules support AI Content Generation?
Currently, the features that use MAAC LINE message modules are supported, with more to be added over time.
Can generated images be used in Imagemap messages?
No. AI Content Generation does not currently support the Imagemap module.
What if the result doesn't meet my needs?
You can:
- Click 【Regenerate】 to get a new result.
- Add Exclusion Keywords / Exclusion Elements in your brand profile to refine the output.
- Click 👎 below the result and submit feedback to help the system keep improving.
How are image generation and video generation billed?
- Image generation: charged 1 use when you Apply or Download; previewing only is not charged; repeat actions on the same image are not charged again.
- Video generation: charged 1 use when generation completes successfully; failed generations are not charged.
- Text generation: free, not charged.
How many times can I edit one image, and what happens when I reach the limit?
Each source image can be edited by AI up to 4 times. Once the limit is reached, you can no longer edit that image; you can apply a result to a message, download it to save, or re-upload a new image to reset the 4 edits. Editing is billed the same as image generation: 1 use per Apply or Download.
