To help brands create more personalized customer interactions, Crescendo Lab’s conversation platform CAAC now supports Contact Profile Integration. This feature consolidates member information, order history, coupon details, and SimplyBook.me appointment records from various commerce platforms into the contact profile page within CAAC.
CAAC currently supports the following three integration options. Choose the one that matches your commerce platform:
- EC Platform Member Card Integration: For brands connected to CYBERBIZ, SHOPLINE, 91APP, Shopify, or FuiYi
- Commerce Data API Integration New: For brands using in-house or other commerce platforms; push commerce data to CAAC via the CDH Open API - Engagement
- SimplyBook.me Appointment Integration: For brands using the SimplyBook.me booking module
With this integration, brand representatives can quickly understand a customer’s status, deliver more precise services and communication strategies, and boost both conversion rates and satisfaction.
You can view data from both commerce and booking platforms under the "Member Information" section in the contact profile.
If your MAAC integration with CYBERBIZ, SHOPLINE, 91APP, FuiYi, or Shopify is complete, you’ll be able to view detailed membership data from each platform directly within the contact profile in CAAC. This centralized view enables your team to stay informed about customer interactions across all platforms, delivering more personalized and precise services.

2. View Member Info
In this section, you can view the following information: Total spending, Membership level, and Assigned specialist. This helps your team identify high-value customers quickly and deliver more personalized support.
3. View Order Records
You can check the purchase history of each member in this section.
Click the “View” icon at the bottom right of each order to see more details, as shown below.
4. View Coupon Info
You can view the available coupons currently owned by the member.
5. Data Sync Speed Across Platforms
The table below shows how frequently each platform updates its data:

If your brand’s commerce platform is not CYBERBIZ, SHOPLINE, 91APP, Shopify, or FuiYi, you can still send commerce data to CAAC via the Commerce Data API. Member, order, and coupon data can then be displayed in the Member Information section of the contact profile.
The display location is the same as EC Platform Member Card Integration: on the right side of the contact page under Member Information, with three tabs: Member, Orders, and Coupons.
This integration is completed by your brand’s development team via the CDH Open API - Engagement. After the integration is complete, CAAC will display the data automatically. Agents do not need to configure anything in CAAC.
1. Who is this for?
Brands using in-house or other non-mainstream commerce platforms, and meeting all of the following conditions:
- Using the CAAC platform
- DAAC Commerce Data API integration has been completed (handled by your brand’s development team)
- Brands that do not integrate withth EC modules.
2. View Member Info (Member tab)
After the integration is complete, you can view the following fields in the Member tab (the actual fields displayed depend on what your brand sends via the API):

3. View Order Info (Orders tab)
You can view the member’s order history in the Orders tab. Each order can display the following fields (depending on what is sent via the API):

4. View Coupon Info (Coupons tab)
You can view the member’s current coupon data in the Coupons tab. Each coupon can display the following fields (depending on what is sent via the API):

5. Display Rules
Commerce Data API data is displayed based on the following rules:

CAAC displays up to the latest 10 order records. For coupons, CAAC shows the list of currently available coupons.
# SimplyBook.me Appointment Info <Updated July 2025>
Once a contact makes a booking on SimplyBook.me, the system will automatically match their Line UID, phone number, or email address. If any of these details match an existing CAAC contact, the appointment info will be synced in real-time to their profile, making it easy to track upcoming appointments and provide timely service.

2. Appointment Info Overview
You can find the latest 10 bookings from SimplyBook.me under the "Appointment" section of the contact profile.
- Each booking shows its current status (e.g., “Cancelled,” “Pending,” or “Confirmed”). These statuses are synced from SimplyBook.me. To manage them, please go to SimplyBook.me.
- Appointments typically sync in real time. If they don’t appear immediately, wait about 30 seconds and try again.

# FAQs
Q: Why don’t my custom statuses from SimplyBook.me appear in CAAC?
A: CAAC only syncs the default statuses: “Cancelled,” “Pending,” and “Confirmed.” Custom labels set in SimplyBook.me will not be reflected in CAAC.
Q: Why aren’t my customers’ appointments syncing to the CAAC contact profile?
A: Sync works if the booking includes a phone number or email that matches a CAAC contact. If booked through a LIFF link, the Line UID will also be matched.
If syncing fails, it could be because the customer booked with a non-Taiwan country code, and your CAAC contact does not include a country code in their phone number. Currently, this issue mostly affects non-Taiwan users.
Q: Why is the Member Information not updated as expected?
A: Try switching between tabs in CAAC Member Information (e.g., Member, Appointment, Orders, Coupons) to trigger the system to sync the latest data.
Q: Why can I see membership data in MAAC but not in CAAC?
A: In most cases, CDH field sync has not been enabled, so membership data cannot be synced to CAAC. Please make sure CDH is enabled and the sync is successful.
Q: My brand is not using the major EC platforms or FuiYi. Can I still view commerce data in CAAC?
A: Yes. After your brand’s development team completes the Commerce Data API integration, CAAC will automatically display member, order, and coupon data under the contact’s "Member Information" section. No additional configuration is required in CAAC. For API integration details, please contact your Crescendo Lab representative.
Q: After integrating via the Commerce Data API, some fields show ---. Is this expected?
A: Yes. --- means your brand did not provide a value for that field in the payload. Whether a field is displayed depends entirely on the data your brand sends via the API. If you need to display additional fields, please have your development team confirm that all required fields are included in the API payload.
Q: What is the update frequency for Commerce Data API data?
A: The update frequency depends on how often your brand pushes data via the API. CAAC updates the display in real time after receiving the data. If data is not updated, please first confirm the API integration is working properly, or contact your Crescendo Lab representative for assistance.
