Feature Overview
"LINE redirect page settings" is a feature under MAAC "Organization settings" that lets you apply your brand logo and primary color to the redirect page of your LINE Deeplinks, strengthening brand recognition and link credibility.
When a customer taps your Deeplink in LINE, they first pass through a transition screen — the redirect page — before arriving at your website. By default, the redirect page uses the system style and carries no brand identity of yours.
After you enable brand styling, the primary button and loading animation on the redirect page use your primary color, and your brand logo is displayed. Customers see a consistent brand identity across the entire journey — from receiving your message, to tapping the link, to landing on your website.
Applying brand styling to the redirect page requires both of the following: ① set a brand logo or a primary color in "Brand settings"; ② turn on "Enable brand styling" in "LINE redirect page settings". The brand logo and primary color can only be edited in "Brand settings"; "LINE redirect page settings" provides only the enable toggle and a live preview.
Before You Begin
Prepare your brand logo and primary color in "Organization settings" > "Brand settings" first. The brand logo must be PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB, with a recommended size of 200 × 200 px. A transparent background is recommended so the logo displays clearly against any background.
Setting either the brand logo or the primary color is enough to enable brand styling. We recommend setting both: the primary color applies across redirect scenarios, including the loading screen, while the brand logo appears on redirect pages that have a logo slot.
Setup Steps
Step 1: Set the Brand Logo and Primary Color in Brand Settings
Go to "Organization settings" > "Brand settings" and click "Edit". Upload your brand logo under "Brand logo", set your main brand color under "Primary color", and click "Save".
Step 2: Turn On Enable Brand Styling in LINE Redirect Page Settings
Go to "Organization settings" > "LINE redirect page settings", click "Edit", and turn on "Enable brand styling". This page has no save button; toggling the switch takes effect immediately. "Applied brand settings" shows the brand logo and primary color currently in use.
The "Live preview" on the right shows what your customers see, so you can compare the two states side by side: with the toggle off, the redirect page keeps the system default style; with it on, the primary button and loading animation use your primary color and your brand logo is displayed. "Live preview" is a mockup — actual font sizes and spacing follow how the LINE environment renders them.
Once setup is complete, the LINE redirect page settings section under "Organization settings" shows the status Enabled.
Usage Notes and Limitations
The redirect page is generated at the moment a customer taps the link, so Deeplinks in messages you have already sent also apply the latest brand styling. You do not need to resend your messages.
- Brand styling only changes the appearance of the redirect page; it does not affect LINE redirection or hand-off behavior.
- The redirect page applies only the brand logo and primary color. The brand name is not shown.
- If you remove the brand logo and clear the primary color in "Brand settings" at the same time, the redirect page returns to the system default style, and "Enable brand styling" can no longer be turned on.
- If the brand logo fails to load, the redirect page hides the logo without affecting redirection.
FAQs
Q: The redirect page is not showing my brand styling. How do I troubleshoot?
Check these three items in order: ① a brand logo or primary color is set in "Organization settings" > "Brand settings"; ② "Enable brand styling" is turned on in "Organization settings" > "LINE redirect page settings"; ③ the "Live preview" shows your brand logo and primary color. If neither the brand logo nor the primary color has been set, "Enable brand styling" is disabled and shows "Complete your brand settings first" — click "Go to brand settings", set either one, then return to enable it.
Q: What does the redirect page look like after I turn off "Enable brand styling"?
The redirect page returns to the system default style, and redirection behavior stays the same. The brand logo and primary color you maintain in "Brand settings" are kept, and turning "Enable brand styling" back on applies them again.
Q: Are these brand settings the same as the ones for MAAC AI Content Generation?
Yes, they are the same set. The brand logo and primary color are maintained under "Organization settings" > "Brand settings" and serve both AI content generation and the LINE redirect page, so you only need to maintain one set. Changes made in "Brand settings" apply to both.
